Forensic Building Science (FBS) had a great time connecting with professionals across the roofing and building industries at the 2025 Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA) Expo. Held June 4-6 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, this annual event brought together thousands of contractors, manufacturers, consultants, and insurance professionals to network, learn, and explore the latest innovations in roofing and construction.

The FBS team was onsite to discuss how our forensic engineering and building consulting services help contractors, insurance carriers, and legal professionals resolve complex property damage claims. We specialize in providing independent third-party evaluations, detailed inspections, and expert witness support on a range of issues, including storm damage, water, fire, collapse, vibrations, explosions, impact, or construction defect.
With a shared focus on quality, integrity, and long-term resilience, we enjoyed engaging conversations about everything from emerging building codes and new roofing systems to the critical role of expert documentation in insurance claims.
